Prior to the big day, I'll reconfirm all setup and teardown times with each vendor. I'll assemble and deliver welcome bags. And I'll manage all final payments to the suppliers. Then on-site, my 'krewe; will be there to manage all aspects of the day - from making sure all of your vendors arrive
on time to ensuring the band knows when to make announcements.
